Whew! Another week of reading is behind us! I have been so intrigued by how the Chronicles are very much word-for-word chapters of 2 Samuel and 1 Kings!! If I had not been reading chronologically I would not have noticed this, I don't think! I also love the Psalms so much, so I've loved this portion. Bible in 90 Days – Week 5
Oh wow...we have covered SO much in just 4 weeks! We have finished week 4 and are beginning our 5th week of reading!! We read so many wonderful parts of God's Word this week. Ruth and Naomi...and Boaz. Samuel anointing David and the reminder that God looks at the heart and not the outward appearance! King David's heart for God, despite great moral failures. Milk Paint ~ my first attempt!!
I saw this beautiful piece at Miss Mustard Seed's blog and read about milk paint there as well. I have wanted to paint a few of our pieces of furniture for.ev.er but was scared to death to do it!!
