We met for our first science co-op after Christmas and we are up to chapter 7 in Apologia's Exploring Creation Human Anatomy! This chapter teaches us all about blood! I will say that I found this chapter to be pretty detail-heavy for our young elementary kids, just as a heads up if you are considering this curriculum. Helen Keller unit study
