Pumpkin Dump Cake
1 pkg yellow cake mix
1 16oz can solid pumpkin (I added about 20 oz)
1 12oz can evaporated milk (I added about 10 oz)
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar (I added 3/4 cup)
4 t pumpkin pie spice
1/2 t salt
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup melted butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, grease bottom of 9×13.
Combine pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar, pie spice and salt in large bowl. Mix together then spread into 9×13 dish. Sprinkle with cake mix and then pecans. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve with ice cream or whipped cream. (or we just ate it plain and it was wonderful!)
