I’ve decided to GO for it! 🙂 I first heard about this challenge from a blogging friend, Kimberly, at Raising Olives. I actually thought it over and prayed about it for days. On Christmas Eve I felt like the Lord was asking me to give this to Him as a gift to Him. A gift of my time. A gift of my commitment and devotion to Him.
So, I’m going for it. I’m a bit afraid of this commitment. I’ve tried reading the Bible through in a year…and usually get stuck in Deuteronomy. 🙂 So, maybe reading it a little quicker will be easier. I’ll only be in Deuteronomy for 3 days! LOL!
This challenge does take a bit more commitment each day, though. They say it will take about an hour of reading per day to get it in.
If you’d like to follow along with other bloggers on this challenge, you can check out Raising Olives, she has a list of bloggers. Also, Mom’s Tool Box has been posting regularly on the challenge.
HERE is a schedule if you’d like to print it off, stick it in your Bible and read along with us! And here is the website for Reading Through the Bible in 90 Days. There is also a specific Bible made for this challenge that you can purchase.

As always, thanks for sharing Candace. I am going to use the schedule to coincide with fasting. Obviously I won’t be fasting for 90 days, but I know I’m going to need all of the power of the Word to get me through days with no food. It’s something the Lord has been calling me to for a while and I just can’t ignore Him any longer. And really, why would I want to?
Hope you had a great Christmas season! Emma talks about the girls all the time. She can’t wait for the mail each day.

I always dread reading through Numbers and I laughed to see that I think we only have 2 or 3 days of that whole book. Whew!
So glad that you will be doing this with me.
