It’s been a long week around here…but from Hannah’s standpoint, the birthday party was a success…so for now, I’m telling myself that is all that matters! :)I’m thankful that His mercies are new every morning.

393. a perfect birthday cake (cupcakes) that was worth every penny of that $20 I spent on it! 🙂
394. a church where we can rent the gym out and let the kids run wild (and roller skate) for hours!

399. I’m thankful that someone got a picture of us even though I wasn’t thinking clearly
400. a reminder that the simple things in life are usually the best! Hannah’s favorite animal is the penguin. I found these slippers (after I had bought all her other gifts) on major clearance at Old Navy…I think they were around $1-2. And they were probably one of her favorite things…she has worn them non-stop since opening them yesterday. 🙂

403. yet another reminder that simplicity is best…Hannah pulled around the fairy that was on her cake after we were done eating. Strange, maybe. But I love that she finds creative ways to play with just about anything!

405. sisters to enjoy our day with. Hannah and Emily have been going through all her gifts this morning since they woke up. Sometimes it is hard having them so close together, but this morning was a sweet reminder that there are blessings in it too.
