Hello from Belize!

Hello friends!

This will have to be short…just wanted to let you all know that we arrive safe and sound here in the HOT Belize!! 🙂 The internet is a bit in and out…so hopefully this will post!!

We are doing great…in the past 2 days we have seen over 300 kids for Hearts of Christ. If you have not checked out their website, from an older post, please check it out!! The poverty here is so overwhelming…and there are mothers at the gates here literally begging for us to take their children and register them but we do not have enough sponsors!! We need more of YOU to sponsor a child ($200 a year) to pay for their schooling for the year…

Actually being here in the middle of this (and in the middle of the JUNGLE!!) has been overwhelming! I have gotten choked up several times talking with these children…precious, beautiful children who just want to go to school. It will break your heart…

Anyway, thank you for praying for me and our team!! Please keep the prayers coming and I ask you to at least pray about sponsoring a child…hopefully it is a long-term commitment – you sponsor a child and pay the $200 each year for their schooling and prayerfully the child will continue even to college. So, it is a big commitment…but please pray and see if God would have you to help a child in Belize!!
