Our sermon series in November at church has been on having a Thankful heart. Having a thankful heart leads to other things…like giving, serving, worship. When our hearts are truly thankful, we cannot help but worship the Giver.
I worship Him and praise Him and thank Him for these gifts this week…

posts like this and this from a compassion trip to Ecuador (reading Jonathan’s story made me weep. I can’t imagine his life…I’m so thankful for Compassion. The people at his church and the compassion folks are truly all he has. Don’t neglect to pray for your sponsored children!!)
reading those posts makes me even more thankful for all that Compassion in the lives of these kids. I count it a blessing to sponsor our Keneth in Uganda. (These posts will inspire you to write to your sponsored children! When is the last time you sent a letter? Did you know that if you sponsor a child through Compassion you can now write them letters online??)
