There are moments in life when God’s goodness feels especially near, and so often, He shows it through the people He places in our lives. The friends who show up, who love us in both small and significant ways, are reminders of His kindness and care.

Thank God for friends.
Thank God for friends who deliver coffee to your front porch when you’ve been in the ER all night.
Thank God for friends who send cards in the mail with truth and Scripture in every word.
Thank God for friends who come over and pray and cry with you.
Thank God for friends who drop off a Chick-Fil-A meal for the whole family.
Thank God for friends who seemingly randomly send a text with a verse or song in it that comes at just the right moment. #manna
Thank God for friends who send a simple text saying, “Want to meet me for dinner?”
Thank God for friends who just walk in the front door and feel like home to your entire family.
Thank God for friends who let you cry and listen and love you without judgment.
Thank God for friends who love your kids like their own.
Thank God for friends and ice cream runs.
Thank God for friends who have walked a similar path and are allowing God to use their pain to minister to you.
Thank God for friends.
The kind of friends who show up in tangible ways are a glimpse of God’s heart — living reminders that we are not alone. If you have these people in your life, thank Him for them.
And if you don’t, ask Him to send them.
Better yet, be one. 💛
