As I mentioned in my review of this book, I LOVE IT. This book has been such an encouragement to me and has given me the motivation and support I have needed time and time again. Honestly, I think I just need to keep reading and re-reading this book as I continue on this journey towards healthy living. This book isn't what I expected...and for that, I'm grateful. I didn't need another "diet." "It is good for God's people to be put in a place of longing so they feel a slight desperation. Only ... Read More about Made to Crave – Chapters 17, 18, 19
