Praying the Scriptures For Your Family

Today’s Scripture To Pray For Your Family

Jeremiah 17:7-8: “Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, and whose hope is the Lord. For he shall be like a tree planted by the waters, which spreads out its roots by the river, and will not fear when heat comes; but its leaf will be green, and will not be anxious in the year of drought, nor will cease from yielding fruit.”

Prayer: Oh Lord, this is what I want for my family! We proclaim our trust in You and trust You to fulfill the promise in this passage. We trust You completely, our hope is IN YOU! You have told us if we trust You and place our hope in You that we will be like trees planted by the water, our roots will spread by the river, we will not fear the drought or when bad things come our way, our leaves will still be green. We will still bear fruit in the midst of hardship! We will not be anxious, but proclaim our trust in You. We will not cease to bear fruit because of Your love and Your grace that You have poured out over our lives. We praise You!
