Tonight Hannah and I had a date night and while we were out eating dinner, I was asking her about various things we had planned for the summer. I told her that VBS was coming up soon and asked if she was excited about it…she said, “no.”
So, I asked her why she wasn’t excited. Usually my kids LOVE VBS, it really has been a lot of fun at a big church…500 kids, lots of loud music, crafts, snacks, etc.
I asked her if she didn’t like so many people…or the loud noise…or what it was that she didn’t like.
Finally, I got this answer out of her:
“I don’t like having to walk in a line everywhere.”
HA HA HA!! I would never have guessed that reason! I’m still laughing about it…I told her that if she went to school in a building, like public or private school, she’d have to walk in lines everywhere…but because she is homeschooled I guess she doesn’t really have to do it very often.
I guess those lines are awfully horrible!! 
How funny!!! would never have guessed that was the reason. She told me the same thing out back one afternoon, and then something happened and i never found out why. That is just too funny!! Good thing she is homeschooled!! haha.
I don’t blame her a bit. I hate lines, too (grocery lines, bank lines, lines at the post office).
