In my darkest moments, God spoke to me a truth that will leave me forever changed.
In God’s kingdom, the broken are exactly where God wants them to be.
In God’s kingdom, the weak are in a place God can use them and give them His strength. You see, if I wasn’t weak, how could God’s strength be made known? If I could do this thing on my own, why would I need God? Why would I call out to Him? How would His glory be shown if it were not in my weakness?
If there is too much of me, He doesn’t shine through.
That is one of the most beautiful truths that God has taught me time and time again. We have to stop looking at our weaknesses as these big, huge, terrible things! The weaknesses in our lives are the very tools God uses to show us His love and show His power to the world!
Friend, are you broken today?
Are you feeling weak?
You are in the prime spot for God’s strength, glory and power to shine for all the world!
Find joy and comfort in the fact that God uses the broken, weak things of this world!! Praise Him!

It is so true that God uses us when we are broken. Through my times of depression I have learned that it is ok to be broken as long as I lean into Christ.
