So, when I saw this brand new coloring book that could also be used as a morning devotional or journal for my girls I may have SQUEALED with delight. Coloring AND time with Jesus?? Perfection. There is a Bible verse with a few questions for each day. Not too long, just right.
The teenage years are hard. Let’s face it, sometimes being a woman of any age is hard. {grin} Maybe that’s one reason that devotional books are such an encouragement to me. I pray for that same encouragement for my girls, too. This coloring journal provides a little nugget of truth from God’s Word along with the opportunity for my girls and I to be creative together. Swoon. The verses selected and the questions asked are very age appropriate for my girls, ages 14 and 13 years. And the pictures are just lovely. The whole book is gorgeous.
