Speak Life Day 11

“If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you.” James 1:5

God, Your Word tells me that when I ask for wisdom You will give it to me. So, I humbly come to You seeking Your godly wisdom. Help me to discern Your wisdom from the ways of the world. Help me to seek Your wisdom and then obey. Help me to believe that when I ask in faith You will grant me the wisdom I need.

Steps for Taking it Deeper

1. 1. Read the Scripture.
   2. Read the Scriptural affirmation.
   3. Meditate on the passage and truth.
   4. Write the verse on an index card, spiral or journal to keep for the month.
   5. Pray about the verse. Ask God to help you believe His Word.
   6. Pray the verse & truth over your family and loved ones.
   7. Carry the verse with you throughout your day.
   8. Meditate on truth.

This month as we focus on speaking life, I encourage you to take these blog posts one step further. Write the verse. Pray about it. Speak the truth out loud. Pray the verse over your family.
