Pumpkin Dump Cake 1 pkg yellow cake mix 1 16oz can solid pumpkin (I added about 20 oz) 1 12oz can evaporated milk (I added about 10 oz) 3 eggs 1 1/2 cups sugar (I added 3/4 cup) 4 t pumpkin pie spice 1/2 t salt 1 cup chopped pecans 1 cup melted butter Preheat oven to 350 degrees, grease bottom of 9x13. In our Around the World studies we have spent the past few weeks in Japan. We have gotten to "row" some wonderful FIAR titles, one of which was Grandfather's Journey. This book mentions WW2, so we learned a little bit about the war with our unit study last week. My grandfather was a pilot in WW2 and we were able to visit with him and let him share some stories, show us pictures, look at his planes and hear about the war from someone who was there.
