Starting our FROGGY week
Today we started our unit on frogs! There are sooooooo many wonderful books on frogs. Fun fiction stories, science books about the life cycle, and fun books with pictures of different frogs. A Day in the Mountains
We had another beautiful day in the mountains yesterday! We went to Cataloochee yesterday, which actually is over in North Carolina off of the Maggie Valley exit. This technically isn’t in East TN (but it is close enough for a drive, so I put it in this category.)It was gorgeous! Our Glorious Flight lapbook
This week we have been working on a lapbook to go with our FIAR title, Glorious Flight. The girls really seem to enjoy putting these together, and they especially love showing them off to daddy or anyone who may come over to visit.
